Architect – Design and Development

About the role

We are seeking a creative, detail‑oriented, and technically capable Architect to support the planning, design, development, and delivery of architectural projects. The role involves developing architectural concepts, preparing design proposals, producing technical drawings, coordinating project documentation, and ensuring designs meet functional, aesthetic, technical, and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare architectural plans, elevations, sections, layouts, presentations and construction documentation.
• Assist with design development, material selection, space planning and coordination with consultants, contractors and stakeholders.
• Review drawings, monitor design changes, maintain project documentation and ensure clear communication of requirements.
• Contribute innovative and practical design solutions while considering regulations, safety, sustainability, budget and constructability.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related discipline.
• Strong understanding of architectural design principles, building planning, construction methods and technical documentation.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or similar design software; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
• Excellent visual, analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
