Architectural Draftsman

About the role

IRTH Group is seeking a meticulous Architectural Draftsman to turn design concepts into precise construction documents. You will work closely with architects and engineers to produce accurate drawings that meet local codes and project specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Create detailed architectural drawings, plans, and details using CAD software.
• Assist architects in developing and coordinating design concepts.
• Revise drawings based on stakeholder feedback and document all changes.
• Prepare technical drawings for building permits and submissions to local authorities.
• Maintain an organized drawing register and documentation system.
• Collaborate with engineers and other disciplines to integrate project components.
• Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of drafting experience in architectural firms or consultancy.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit or other 3D modeling software.
• Strong understanding of building codes, zoning laws, and regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high‑quality technical drawings.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
