Architectural Draftsman

About the role

At IRTH Group we are shaping the future with innovation, precision and excellence. As an Architectural Draftsman you will translate design concepts into detailed architectural drawings, supporting projects from initial sketches through construction documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Create accurate drawings, plans and details using CAD software, ensuring compliance with design specifications and local regulations.
• Assist architects and project teams in developing design concepts and coordinating architectural elements.
• Revise drawings based on stakeholder feedback and document all changes.
• Prepare technical drawings for building permits and submissions to local authorities.
• Maintain an organized drawing register and documentation to streamline workflows.
• Collaborate with engineers and other disciplines to integrate project components effectively.
• Stay updated on industry trends, materials and technologies to enhance drawing quality and efficiency.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience as a draftsman in architectural firms or consultancy environments.
• Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit or other 3D modeling software.
• Strong understanding of building codes, zoning laws and regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high‑quality technical drawings.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills to liaise with various stakeholders.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
