Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations to maintain efficiency, productivity, and premium service standards at all locations.
• Supervise and mentor retail, sales, administration, and operations teams, promoting collaboration and excellence.
• Maintain exceptional client relationships, anticipating needs and delivering discreet, personalized service.
• Coordinate mobile and multi‑site activities to guarantee smooth service across facilities.
• Track operational performance metrics and drive continuous improvements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or multi‑site operations management.
• Professional presentation with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Strong operational leadership skills with a track record of effective team management.
• Client‑focused, proactive, and able to handle confidential interactions.
• Valid UAE driving licence and personal vehicle.
