Area Manager – Multi-unit Restaurant Operations

About the role

Foodpeople is seeking an experienced Area Manager to lead and oversee multiple restaurant locations in Abu Dhabi. The role is hands‑on, focusing on maintaining high operational standards, quality, and consistent customer experience across the portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across multiple restaurant locations.
• Drive high standards of quality, cleanliness, service and overall execution.
• Ensure SOPs and operational processes are consistently followed.
• Lead and develop teams to deliver strong customer experience.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and performance.
• Support relationships with delivery partners and other key stakeholders.
• Oversee and support catering and events operations.
• Collaborate with the wider team to maintain consistent standards across the business.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing multi‑unit restaurant operations.
• Strong understanding of restaurant SOPs, quality standards and operational processes.
• Hands‑on, agile and solutions‑focused leadership style.
• Excellent attention to detail and operational discipline.
• Experience in catering or events operations is advantageous.
