Area Manager – Retail Operations

About the role

Liwa Trading Enterprises is looking for an experienced Area Manager to lead multiple La Senza stores across Dubai and the Northern Emirates. The role focuses on driving sales, operational excellence, and delivering a consistent customer experience while upholding brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and manage day‑to‑day operations of all stores in the assigned area, ensuring compliance with policies, SOPs, and merchandising standards.
• Lead and develop store managers and staff through performance reviews, coaching, and succession planning.
• Oversee inventory control to reduce stock‑outs, overstocking, and shrinkage, coordinating with supply‑chain teams for timely replenishment.
• Ensure high‑quality customer service across all locations, acting on feedback to improve satisfaction.
• Track, report, and analyze area‑wide KPIs, providing data‑driven insights to senior management.
• Conduct regular audits to maintain safety, compliance, and risk mitigation.

Required profile

• Minimum 60 months of retail management experience, preferably in fashion.
• Proven ability to build and sustain high‑performing multi‑store teams.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on results and continuous improvement.
