About the role
We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to lead and develop a network of watch retail stores within a defined region. The successful candidate will combine strong leadership with a passion for retail operations, driving sales growth while ensuring brand consistency.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of multiple retail locations.
- Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Implement brand standards, visual merchandising guidelines, and standard operating procedures.
- Coach and develop Store Managers and their teams.
- Monitor inventory, shrinkage, and stock accuracy.
- Conduct regular store visits, audits, and performance reviews.
- Analyse sales and operational reports and apply corrective actions.
- Coordinate with HR, Logistics, Finance, and Marketing departments.
- Handle escalations related to customer service or store operations.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of retail experience with multi‑store management exposure.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and improving store performance.
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical abilities.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned area.
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Experience with POS systems.
- Familiarity with retail reporting tools.
