About the role

We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to lead and develop a network of watch retail stores within a defined region. The successful candidate will combine strong leadership with a passion for retail operations, driving sales growth while ensuring brand consistency.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations of multiple retail locations.
  • Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators.
  • Implement brand standards, visual merchandising guidelines, and standard operating procedures.
  • Coach and develop Store Managers and their teams.
  • Monitor inventory, shrinkage, and stock accuracy.
  • Conduct regular store visits, audits, and performance reviews.
  • Analyse sales and operational reports and apply corrective actions.
  • Coordinate with HR, Logistics, Finance, and Marketing departments.
  • Handle escalations related to customer service or store operations.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of retail experience with multi‑store management exposure.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets and improving store performance.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical abilities.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned area.

Required skills

  • Proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Experience with POS systems.
  • Familiarity with retail reporting tools.
