ROCARTS, a contemporary art gallery and creative studio in Dubai, is seeking a passionate and imaginative Art Instructor to join its growing team. The role involves inspiring students of all skill levels, delivering engaging art classes and workshops, and contributing to a vibrant creative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging art classes and creative workshops.
• Guide students in developing artistic techniques and creative expression.
• Prepare lesson materials and organize classroom activities.
• Foster a positive, supportive, and inspiring learning environment.
• Assist with studio activities, exhibitions, and creative events when required.
• Encourage participation while maintaining high teaching standards.

Required profile

• Passion for art and creative education.
• Ability to teach and engage students of different ages and skill levels.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative mindset with strong artistic abilities.
• Previous teaching or workshop experience is an advantage.
• Portfolio showcasing artistic work is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of drawing, painting, and visual art techniques.
• Understanding of art instruction and classroom management.
• Experience in creative workshop planning.
• Ability to engage students and support artistic development.
