Artificial Intelligence Engineer

About the role

The Forward Deployed Engineer (Artificial Intelligence Engineer) will embed within a business function to design, build, and operate AI agents and automations that run in production across our global operations.

Key responsibilities

• Understand systems, data, and workflows of the assigned function and design end‑to‑end AI solutions.
• Develop agents and automations using Claude, Claude Code, Python or TypeScript, and integrate them with ERP, Power BI, HR and planning systems.
• Ship weekly releases, monitor performance, handle multilingual and messy data, and ensure security and cost control.
• Train function owners, write runbooks, and create reusable components for the AI team.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of software engineering experience delivering production systems, preferably with LLM or AI agent projects.
• Proven track record of taking integrations or internal tools to production and maintaining them.
• Comfort working directly with non‑technical teams and explaining trade‑offs in plain language.
• Fluent in Russian and professional English, willing to relocate to Dubai and travel as needed.

Required skills

• Python or TypeScript
• APIs, SQL, Git, testing and deployment pipelines
• LLM APIs, tool calling, agent frameworks (Claude API/Claude Code a strong advantage)
• Experience with ERP, Power BI, HR and planning system integrations
