Assistant AC Technician

About the role

Assist HVAC technicians in carrying out preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance of air conditioning systems. The role involves supporting the team to ensure optimal performance of various AC installations.

Key responsibilities

• Support servicing and repair of split ACs, package units, ducted units, fan coil units (FCUs), air handling units (AHUs), and chilled water systems.
• Assist in cleaning filters, coils, drain lines, and other AC equipment.
• Help identify and report equipment faults and abnormalities.
• Carry out basic installation, dismantling, and maintenance activities under supervision.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and housekeeping requirements.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance records as instructed by supervisors.

Required profile

• ITI/Technical Certificate in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of experience in HVAC maintenance or facilities management services.
• Basic knowledge of AC systems, tools, and safety practices.
