Assistant Account Executive – Dubai

About the role

The Assistant Account Executive will support the Account Manager in delivering seamless client service for a fast‑paced creative agency. You will act as a bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring projects move efficiently from brief to execution.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Account Manager in managing client relationships and daily account activities.
• Liaise with clients to gather feedback, approvals and required information.
• Prepare meeting notes, briefs, action points and project updates.
• Translate client requirements into clear instructions for strategy, creative, digital and production teams.
• Coordinate timelines, communication and deliverables across multiple internal departments.
• Conduct client, competitor, consumer and market research.
• Contribute to campaign strategies, presentations and brainstorming sessions.
• Develop proactive ideas and proposals that support client growth.
• Track deliverables, deadlines and approval processes, escalating risks as needed.
• Support reporting, client presentations, shoots, activations and campaign roll‑outs.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in an advertising, creative, branding or digital marketing agency.
• Experience in client service, account coordination or project management.
• Strong writing, research, presentation and communication abilities.
• Commercial awareness and curiosity for creative solutions.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace.
