Assistant Accountant – Temporary (4‑Month Contract)

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Assistant Accountant to join ITE Eurasian Exhibitions’ finance team in Dubai on a four‑month contract. The role involves handling core accounting tasks, processing vendor and client transactions, and supporting month‑end activities within an international corporate environment.

Key responsibilities

• Process daily accounts payable and accounts receivable entries and maintain ledger records.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and verify transactions against statements.
• Review and process employee expense claims and reimbursements for accuracy.
• Support month‑end ledger postings, routine record archiving, and financial compliance audits.
• Provide general administrative and accounting assistance to senior finance managers as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Accounting or Finance.
• Hands‑on experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable and bank reconciliation.
• Immediate availability and ability to work on a temporary project timeline.

Required skills

• Proficiency with accounting systems, preferably 1C ERP.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
