About the role

Marsh is seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Assistant Broker to join its dynamic team in Dubai. You will support account management and broking activities, providing advice on insurance products and risk exposure while collaborating with the sales team.

Key responsibilities

Provide exceptional service and advice to clients on insurance products and risk management strategies.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for business growth and client retention.
Assist in developing and delivering tailored insurance solutions to meet client needs.
Manage client accounts, ensuring documentation and communications are accurate and timely.
Analyze client risk exposure and recommend appropriate insurance coverage.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field.
2‑5 years of experience in account management, broking, or a related role.
Good understanding of insurance products and risk management principles.

Required skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience with insurance management software (preferred).
