Assistant Community Manager – Owners Association

About the role

We are seeking an experienced, customer‑focused Assistant Community Manager to oversee the day‑to‑day operations of residential owners’ associations in Dubai. The role ensures high standards of service, regulatory compliance, and resident satisfaction while working closely with the property developer and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the Owners’ Association and community facilities.
• Coordinate with residents, owners, tenants, contractors, and service providers.
• Oversee maintenance, security, cleaning, landscaping and other facilities‑management services.
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and Owners’ Association requirements.
• Manage service provider contracts, budgets and community‑related expenses.
• Handle resident and owner queries, complaints and escalations professionally.
• Organise Owners’ Association meetings and communications.
• Monitor community standards, health & safety and service quality.
• Prepare reports, budgets, operational updates and management presentations.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience in community management, owners’ association or property management in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai property and owners’ association regulations.
• Experience managing residential communities or large developments.
• Excellent stakeholder and vendor management abilities.
• Good understanding of facilities‑management, maintenance, budgeting and community operations.
