Assistant Facilities Manager

About the role

The Assistant Facilities Manager will oversee the delivery of facilities management services for the site, ensuring compliance with health, safety, environmental, and legislative requirements while meeting client and tenant expectations. The role also focuses on budget adherence and maintaining high customer service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain FM standards and deliver IFM services in line with KPIs and SLAs.
• Manage repair and maintenance assignments for technicians, vendors, and contractors covering building maintenance, landscaping, and janitorial work.
• Control all financial costs for the site and ensure timely monthly financial reporting.
• Ensure health, safety, and environmental requirements are met across the site.
• Align operational and resource planning with forecasts, contractual commitments, and profit targets.
• Deliver technical services according to contractual, statutory, industry, OEM, and FM best‑practice standards.

Required profile

• 3 to 5 years of relevant facilities management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.E. / B.Tech).
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
• Strong financial acumen, including raising purchase orders and tracking operational budgets.
