Assistant F&B Manager

About the role

As an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager at Anantara Downtown Dubai, you will support the F&B team in delivering luxury dining experiences that reflect the brand’s Thai-inspired hospitality. You will work closely with operations, sales, marketing and banquet teams to ensure seamless service and financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in business planning, budgeting and revenue generation for the F&B department.
• Oversee daily operations across multiple outlets, ensuring brand and quality standards are met.
• Drive guest satisfaction through personalized service, handling VIP requests and resolving complaints.
• Manage food and beverage costs while achieving target profit margins.
• Develop and mentor team members, fostering a culture of excellence and high performance.
• Collaborate with sales, catering and marketing to maximise business opportunities.

Required profile

• College diploma in Hotel Management or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years in a managerial role within a luxury international hotel brand.
• Advanced certifications in F&B operations, wine, spirits or service excellence are preferred.
• Proven ability to lead diverse teams and manage multiple outlets.
• Strong eye for detail and a data‑driven approach to decision making.
