About the role

Tarrad is looking for an experienced and detail‑oriented Assistant Finance Manager to join its team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of financial operations, accounting procedures, internal audit, and compliance processes.

Key responsibilities

Support finance operations, reporting, and accounting activities.
Assist in maintaining financial controls and ensuring compliance with internal policies.
Conduct internal audit activities and identify areas for process improvement.
Review financial data, prepare reports, and support management decision‑making.
Ensure accuracy and efficiency in accounting procedures.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or a related field.
Minimum 5+ years of relevant finance experience, preferably in Dubai/UAE.
Strong experience in internal audit and compliance.
Good knowledge of financial controls, reporting, and accounting procedures.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
