Assistant Finance Manager – FP&A

About the role

The Assistant Finance Manager will support financial planning, analysis and decision‑making for Al‑Futtaim's Hertz and Moov Financial Services division. Partnering with operations, the role drives revenue, optimises costs and ensures financial plans align with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with operation management to evaluate revenue, margin and cost‑saving initiatives across rental, leasing and subscription businesses.
• Prepare quarterly forecasts, budgets and cash‑flow plans, and coordinate monthly reporting packs and finance review presentations.
• Analyse profit‑center and cost‑center performance, provide recommendations for margin improvement and support fleet utilisation optimisation.
• Develop and maintain KPI dashboards, automate reporting using BI tools, and contribute to financial planning tool design and testing.

Required profile

• Master's or bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Corporate Finance or related field.
• Professional finance certification (CPA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) and 5+ years of FP&A or financial business partnering experience in a large multinational environment.
• Experience in leasing, rental or automotive financial services is a plus.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with AI tools, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI and SAP.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS accounting standards.
