Assistant General Manager – Luxury Restaurant

About the role

As an Assistant General Manager at Ling Ling, you will support the Restaurant General Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring profitability, and delivering outstanding guest experiences in a luxury hotel setting.

Key responsibilities

• Train, develop and schedule team members while ensuring compliance with SOPs and company policies.
• Maintain guest service standards, handle complaints, and use feedback to improve operations.
• Control financials, manage inventory, and drive cost efficiencies.
• Execute quarterly menu engineering using the Menu Engineering Tool.
• Record guest preferences in the reservations system and Guest Comment Card Tool.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or upscale restaurant.
• International experience preferred.
• Strong team‑leadership and customer‑focus skills, able to work under pressure.
