Assistant JAT Supervisor – VIP Farm

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and hardworking Assistant JAT Supervisor to support and oversee daily agricultural operations for a VIP farm in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The role involves assisting the farm supervisor in ensuring smooth, efficient, and safe farm activities.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing daily agricultural tasks such as planting, pruning, grafting, irrigation, and harvesting.
• Support the supervisor to maintain an efficient workflow across the farm.
• Monitor crop health and help maintain productive, healthy crops.
• Ensure all activities follow established safety, quality, and operational procedures.
• Coordinate farm workers and allocate daily tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Previous experience in agriculture, farming, horticulture, or crop production.
• Knowledge of planting, pruning, grafting, irrigation, and harvesting techniques.
• Ability to supervise and coordinate daily agricultural activities.
• Strong understanding of safety and quality procedures.
• Physically fit and able to work outdoors.
