Assistant Kids Club Manager

About the role

Do you have a passion for creating memorable experiences for children and families? As an Assistant Kids Club Manager, you will oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the Kids Club, ensuring a safe, engaging, and fun environment for our young guests.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the Kids Club and ensure smooth service delivery.
• Lead, motivate, train, and develop the Kids Club team.
• Plan, organize, and supervise age‑appropriate recreational, educational, and entertainment activities.
• Ensure the safety and well‑being of all children attending the Kids Club.
• Build strong relationships with guests and respond to inquiries, feedback, and special requests professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety standards.
• Monitor supplies, equipment, and activity materials, ensuring they are well‑maintained and readily available.
• Assist in creating innovative programs and seasonal activities that enhance the guest experience.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a Kids Club, childcare, recreation, or hospitality environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Passion for working with children and creating engaging experiences.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of child safety procedures, first aid, and emergency response protocols is an advantage.
• Creative, energetic, and guest‑focused personality.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.
