Assistant Manager – Corporate Treasury & Financial Risk Management

About the role

As an Assistant Manager/Manager within the Financial Risk Management (FRM) team, you will provide a wide range of treasury advisory services to corporate clients, including the review and implementation of treasury strategies, cash and liquidity management processes, hedging strategies, and treasury systems selection and implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple corporate treasury projects, ensuring engagements are planned, delivered on time and within budget.
• Lead teams to deliver high‑quality results and generate impactful solutions.
• Stay current on new developments in corporate treasury and advise clients accordingly.
• Establish, maintain and strengthen internal and external relationships.
• Support senior management in identifying new business opportunities.
• Contribute practical and innovative insights to KPMG thought leadership.

Required profile

• Thorough understanding of corporate treasury and cash/liquidity management.
• Experience with treasury system selection and implementation (e.g., Kyriba, FIS, SAP HANA, GTreasury).
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and financial modeling skills.
• Knowledge of treasury product pricing, accounting treatments and cash flow forecasting.
• Proven ability to manage and motivate treasury‑focused teams.
• Exposure to business development activities such as pre‑sales support, proposals and RFP responses.
