Assistant Manager – Credit MIS & Analytics (UAE National)

About the role

Emirates NBD is seeking a UAE national to join its Group Retail Risk unit as an Assistant Manager – Credit MIS & Analytics. The role supports the development of management information systems (MIS) and analytical reporting for the retail lending portfolio, helping the bank monitor risk and drive performance.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly risk dashboards, MIS decks and deep‑dive analyses of portfolio deterioration, tracking delinquencies and losses against budget.
• Assist in building loss‑forecast models for retail and Micro‑SME portfolios, liaising with product teams to incorporate policy factors and validating forecasts.
• Execute segmentation models for credit and collections on a monthly basis, ensure data alignment with approved segmentation documents, and publish results to stakeholders.
• Produce regular MIS reports, update portfolio performance, generate retention bases for personal loans, and analyse profitable segments for credit cards.

Required profile

• Graduate degree or higher.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in banking analytics, MIS development or related fields.
