Assistant Manager – E-Commerce (Dubai)

About the role

A global FMCG brand is looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – E-Commerce to drive the growth and expansion of its international e‑commerce business across the US, UK, and MENA markets. The ideal candidate will have strong marketplace experience with Amazon and other e‑commerce platforms, along with expertise in digital marketing, performance analytics, and online business growth strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Drive e‑commerce revenue growth and profitability across international markets.
• Develop country‑ and category‑specific e‑commerce strategies and growth plans.
• Lead product launches and support marketplace expansion initiatives.
• Manage Amazon and other major e‑commerce platforms, including listings, content optimization and brand pages.
• Oversee performance marketing campaigns, advertising budgets, ROAS and digital investments.
• Collaborate with e‑retailers on Joint Business Plans and monitor business performance metrics.

Required profile

• 4–5 years of experience in e‑commerce operations and growth management.
• Experience in Beauty & Personal Care, FMCG, D2C or marketplace businesses is preferred.
• Hands‑on experience with Amazon Vendor Central and Seller Central, especially US marketplace.
• Strong understanding of P&L management, analytics and digital marketing metrics.
• Growth‑oriented mindset with solid business ownership and communication skills.
• MBA in Marketing is preferred.
