About the role

The Assistant Manager – Engagement & Culture will support and drive an integrated culture and employee engagement strategy for SEHA. This mid‑level position focuses on mapping key engagement fundamentals, gathering employee feedback, and leading group‑wide responses to create a positive workplace experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive engagement and culture strategy aligned with SEHA’s objectives.
• Design and manage tools and processes for collecting employee feedback across the organization.
• Analyze feedback data, identify trends, and coordinate group‑wide action plans.
• Collaborate with HR partners and business leaders to embed engagement initiatives into daily operations.
• Mentor and influence peers and stakeholders to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
