Assistant Manager – Facilities Management (Hard Services)

About the role

Transguard Group is seeking an Assistant Manager to support its Total Facilities Management team in Dubai. The role focuses on hard services, ensuring that all facilities are maintained, functional, and safe for building users.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Facilities Manager in day‑to‑day operational management of all FM services.
• Oversee maintenance activities, coordinate with vendors and contractors, and manage housekeeping and soft services.
• Prepare monthly operational reports to review financial performance and ensure services are delivered within budget.
• Monitor SLA/KPI compliance, identify continuous‑improvement initiatives, and manage project service delivery.
• Plan transport and accommodation requirements and coordinate procurement in line with company policies.
• Manage specialist service contractors, record staff training, and track sickness, absence, and holidays.
• Liaise regularly with clients to exceed service expectations and develop strong relationships.

Required profile

• Proven experience in facilities management or related hard‑services environments.
• Ability to support financial reporting, budgeting, and SLA/KPI monitoring.
• Strong coordination skills with vendors, procurement, and internal teams.
• Excellent client‑facing communication and relationship‑building capabilities.
