Assistant Manager – Financial Planning & Analysis (Dubai)

About the role

We are looking for an Assistant Manager to lead Financial Planning & Analysis activities in our Dubai office. The role will support strategic decision‑making by delivering accurate forecasts, variance analysis and clear executive reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Perform variance analysis to identify trends, root causes and actionable insights.
• Build and maintain forward‑looking financial models for strategic planning.
• Translate complex financial data into concise presentations for senior leadership.
• Drive cost‑reduction initiatives and finance transformation projects.
• Serve as liaison between on‑shore teams and global business partners.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to embed financial strategy in daily operations.
• Mentor junior analysts and ensure high‑quality deliverables.
• Oversee monthly and quarterly financial results to guarantee accuracy.

Required profile

• Chartered Accountant (CA) with 3–4 years of core FP&A experience.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and reporting standards.
• Meticulous attention to detail and high data‑accuracy standards.
• Proven ability to manage teams and work across departments.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Advanced proficiency in Google Spreadsheets.
• Experience with financial reporting software.
• Strong command of presentation tools.
