Assistant Manager – Financial Reporting Advisory Services (FRAS)

About the role

As an Assistant Manager in the Financial Reporting Advisory Services (FRAS) team, you will lead small to medium‑sized projects, work directly with clients, and help solve complex accounting challenges. The role blends project management, technical expertise, and mentorship of junior staff.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and deliver FRAS projects from planning to completion.
• Act as the primary liaison with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Research and apply IFRS, GAAP, and other accounting standards to client engagements.
• Review work papers for accuracy, compliance, and quality.
• Mentor and develop junior team members.
• Collaborate with the Assurance service line and cross‑industry client teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in financial reporting or accounting advisory.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build client relationships.
