Assistant Manager – Food & Beverage

About the role

BEAMS is seeking an Assistant Manager – F&B to lead daily operations of ZUIKOAN in Abu Dhabi. You will ensure exceptional food quality, guest experience, and strict food‑safety practices across kitchen preparation, non‑alcoholic beverage service, and dining areas.

Key responsibilities

• Lead opening, closing, shift briefings and daily F&B service.
• Supervise frozen‑product storage, thawing, preparation and traceability.
• Maintain approved recipes, portioning, plating and serving standards.
• Own HACCP, hygiene, allergen, temperature and cleaning controls.
• Coordinate kitchen, beverage and table‑service timing.
• Train and assess senior kitchen, kitchen and service staff.
• Review food‑cost, waste and stock‑usage reports and address variances.
• Resolve guest concerns within delegated authority and escalate serious incidents.

Required profile

• 4+ years experience in café, restaurant or premium food‑service environments.
• 2+ years supervisory experience.
• HACCP and relevant food‑safety certification.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and cold‑chain control.
