Assistant Manager - Gaming Technicians

About the role

Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking an Assistant Manager – Gaming Technicians to lead its Gaming Technician team for the new integrated resort slated to open in 2027. The role combines operational oversight, technical maintenance, and team development within a regulated gaming environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of gaming technicians, ensuring timely maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of gaming equipment.
• Monitor machine performance, uptime, and guest feedback to identify issues and improvement opportunities.
• Oversee installation, configuration, relocation, and removal of EGM and table‑game equipment.
• Provide coaching, on‑the‑job training, and performance feedback to technical staff.
• Schedule and assign tasks to guarantee coverage across all shifts.
• Ensure compliance with UAE gaming regulations, Wynn Resorts’ internal controls, and manufacturer specifications.
• Maintain accurate records of machine configurations, maintenance logs, and regulatory documentation.
• Coordinate with equipment manufacturers and service providers for support, repairs, and upgrades.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electronics, IT or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in EGM operations or technical maintenance within a regulated gaming environment.
• Proven experience managing or leading technical teams.
• Strong understanding of EGM and table‑game hardware, software, networking and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent troubleshooting, organizational and communication skills.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
