Assistant Manager – Hard Services Facilities Management

About the role

Transguard Group is seeking an Assistant Manager for Hard Services within its Total Facilities Management team in Dubai. The role supports the Facilities Manager in ensuring that all FM services are maintained, functional, and safe for building users.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing monthly operational and financial performance reports.
• Oversee maintenance activities, coordinate with vendors, and ensure compliance with safety guidelines.
• Manage project service delivery, monitor SLA/KPI compliance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Plan transport and accommodation logistics for contract start‑ups and maintain staff induction and training records.
• Procure materials and services in line with procurement policies and manage specialist contractors.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in facilities management, preferably in a managerial role.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or facilities management.
• UAE driving licence and strong people‑management skills.
