Assistant Manager – Hotel Sales

About the role

The Assistant Manager – Hotel Sales will lead the attraction ticket sales effort through UAE hotel channels, with a primary focus on Abu Dhabi. You will work closely with hotel management, concierge teams and travel desks to increase visibility and conversion of Miral attractions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end hotel sales channel across UAE hotels, especially in Abu Dhabi.
• Drive attraction ticket sales through concierge desks, travel desks, DMC‑operated desks and guest‑facing hotel teams.
• Monitor monthly sales performance, analyse trends and provide recommendations to management.
• Build and maintain relationships with hotel management, concierge, front‑office and travel desk teams.
• Conduct regular hotel visits, sales calls, partner meetings, FAM trips and engagement activities.
• Deliver product training, destination updates and webinars for hotel staff.
• Collaborate with Miral’s Marketing, Mobility, Product and Operations teams to maximise revenue growth.
• Maintain accurate partner information and sales opportunities in the CRM system.

Required profile

• Proactive, commercially focused sales professional.
• Strong relationship‑management and market‑awareness skills.
• Ability to convert hotel guest demand into incremental attraction sales.
• Experience working with hotel, concierge or travel‑desk environments.
