About the role
We are looking for an Assistant Manager – Human Resources to join our vibrant Zabeel House The Greens team. You will support the HR function across recruitment, employee administration and engagement, ensuring smooth operations in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain the HR Information System (HRIS) to keep colleague records accurate and up‑to‑date.
- Conduct interviews for positions ranging from entry level to middle management (O1‑P3) across all departments.
- Update and manage both digital and physical employee files.
- Oversee colleagues’ accommodation requirements and coordinate related logistics.
- Plan and execute colleague engagement activities.
- Liaise with government agencies to process licences, visas and other mandatory documentation.
Required profile
- Proven experience in HR operations, recruitment and employee administration.
- Strong knowledge of HRIS platforms and record‑keeping best practices.
- Familiarity with UAE labour regulations and government documentation processes.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
