About the role

As an Assistant Manager for the Imperial Club at Atlantis, The Palm, you will support the Club Manager in delivering world‑class service across the lounge and lobby areas. You will help ensure that every guest experience meets the resort’s high standards while fostering a collaborative team environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Imperial Club Manager in overseeing daily operations of the lounge and lobby.
• Coordinate guest arrivals and departures, ensuring seamless service delivery.
• Support training, development and scheduling of team members.
• Monitor compliance with standard operating procedures, policies and brand standards.
• Collaborate with Rooms, Front Office and F&B departments to enhance guest satisfaction.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years experience in luxury hospitality.
• At least 1 year in a club lounge or similar environment at an assistant‑manager level.
• Knowledge of Rooms, Front Office and F&B operations.
• Proven ability to work in a fast‑paced, multi‑tasking environment.
