About the role
Atlantis The Palm, part of Kerzner International, is hiring an Assistant Manager, Laundry. The role supports the Manager, Laundry in the day-to-day operation of the Guest Laundry, ensuring that guest laundry, pick-up and delivery processes are carried out according to Forbes standards through quality checks.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- At least 2 years of housekeeping experience in a similar position within a luxury property.
- Able to contribute to and deliver against a business strategy.
- Clear passion for customer service and willingness to learn across resort operations.
