Assistant Manager – Leasing (Retail)

About the role

The Assistant Manager – Leasing will support the Head of Retail Leasing in managing a portfolio of retail and residential properties. The role involves coordinating leasing activities, preparing budgets, and ensuring compliance with company and legal standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in budget preparation by providing inputs on vacant units, timelines, terminations and non‑renewals.
• Coordinate rent, deposit and leasing fee collections with the collections team to ensure timely payments.
• Prepare and track lease contracts, generate lease summaries and liaise with clients for approvals.
• Source prospective tenants, generate leads and negotiate deals from inception to execution.
• Maintain accurate lease files, databases and reporting for senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 2‑3 years of relevant leasing or retail experience, preferably in the Middle East.
• Strong retail background with good understanding of the local market.
• Solid financial management and business acumen, including revenue and cost analysis.
