Assistant Manager, Medical Representation - UAE Nationals (Dubai)

About the role

The Assistant Manager, Medical Representation will ethically detail Nestlé Nutrition infant products to medical and paramedical professionals across Dubai. The role focuses on promoting breastfeeding, providing accurate nutrition information, and ensuring compliance with the WHO International Code and Nestlé guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Promote Nestlé’s belief that breastfeeding is the best feeding option for infants.
• Provide reliable infant‑nutrition information to medical and paramedical contacts, becoming a reference advisor.
• Organise and run scientific meetings, product‑knowledge sessions and guest‑lecturer events for the territory.
• Maintain optimal territory coverage, prospecting, competitive intelligence and HCP database updates in CRM 2.0, and submit timely reports.
• Develop long‑term professional relationships with HCPs, organise seminars, conferences and key events, and ensure Nestlé infant‑nutrition presence in hospitals.

Required profile

• UAE national.
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Science, Medicine, Nutrition or Dietetics.
• Prior experience as a Medical Delegate is desirable.
• Ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills.
