Assistant Manager – Vehicle Inspection

About the role

Lead operational readiness and day‑to‑day service delivery for vehicle inspection centres and mobile inspection units. Coordinate authority approvals, licensing readiness, inspection workflows, SOPs, quality controls and compliance requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead operational readiness and day‑to‑day service delivery for vehicle inspection centres and mobile inspection units.
• Coordinate authority approvals, licensing readiness, inspection workflows, SOPs, quality controls and compliance requirements.
• Manage resource planning, customer coordination, vendor/workshop interface, issue resolution and service continuity.
• Track KPIs, turnaround time, inspection quality, corrective actions and continuous improvement across inspection operations.
• Work with transport authorities, fleet customers, workshops, vendors and internal technical/operations teams.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Automobile, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics Engineering or related technical discipline.
• 3–5 years’ experience in vehicle inspection, automotive service operations, fleet inspection, workshop operations or TIC‑related technical operations.
• Working knowledge of vehicle inspection workflows, roadworthiness checks, registration/renewal inspection and regulatory documentation.
• Ability to coordinate with transport authorities, fleet customers, workshops, vendors and internal teams.
• Arabic speaking preferred for authority liaison and customer communication.
• English communication required for reporting and coordination.
