Assistant Marketing & Communications Manager

About the role

The Assistant Marketing & Communications Manager supports the Director of Marketing and Communications in creating and executing property‑level campaigns that promote the hotel’s food and beverage offerings and overall brand image across traditional, digital and social channels.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the annual marketing plan in collaboration with the GM, F&B leader, Operations and regional marketing teams.
• Partner with Operations, F&B and Sales to develop promotions that drive incremental revenue from in‑house guests.
• Act as liaison with advertising agencies on creative and media plans for F&B campaigns.
• Manage email marketing, display advertising and verify digital ad alignment with brand voice.
• Oversee social media content, online reputation management and local digital channels.
• Develop and implement quarterly PR plans, write press releases and manage media relationships.
• Coordinate photography, collateral production and ensure all assets meet brand standards.
• Support direct marketing initiatives, inventory collateral and maintain marketing material libraries.

Required profile

• Either a 2‑year degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration or related field with 4 years of relevant experience, or a 4‑year bachelor’s degree with 2 years of experience.
• Experience in hospitality marketing, digital advertising or a related agency environment is preferred.
