Assistant Marketing Manager

About the role

Solutions Leisure Group is a hospitality company in the UAE with restaurants, bars, nightlife venues, spas, retail concepts and large-scale events. Its marketing team is described as one of the most respected in the region, with a track record of developing talent internally. As Assistant Marketing Manager, you will take ownership of marketing for your assigned venues, running the A-Z of marketing with the backing of a wider team, and will work across social media, PR, content creation, website development, email and WhatsApp marketing, CRM, customer loyalty and event strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of multi-channel marketing campaigns across social media, email, advertising and events
• Collaborate with the creative team on content, promotions and digital activations
• Support social media management, including scheduling, monitoring and community engagement
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer insights and competitor activity
• Plan and promote events, partnerships and brand activations
• Track and report on campaign performance
• Maintain brand consistency across all platforms and materials
• Coordinate with external partners, agencies and vendors
• Assist in managing marketing budgets and keeping execution cost-effective

Required profile

• Prior hospitality marketing experience, in-house or in an agency, is required
• A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field is useful but not essential
• Strong digital marketing skills across social media, analytics and campaign tools
• Excellent communication skills and a genuine talent for content
• Creative, organized, able to manage multiple projects, and a team player in a fast-moving environment
• Ambitious and keen to learn
