About the role
The Assistant Nurse will provide and coordinate patient‑centric, evidence‑based nursing care on a medical‑surgical ward. Working under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, the role ensures compliance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements. This temporary position supports the delivery of high‑quality care in a fast‑paced hospital environment.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver quality patient care in collaboration with the multi‑professional team, adhering to clinical standards and legislation.
- Identify, prevent, and manage risks to ensure patient safety in line with MCME risk policies.
- Create a positive patient experience by fostering a conducive environment as guided by nursing leadership.
Required profile
- Nursing Diploma (essential).
- Minimum of 1 year recent experience in a Medical Surgical Ward.
