About the role
Mediclinic Welcare Hospital in Dubai is hiring one Assistant Nurse for its OPD department. The nurse provides and coordinates patient-centred, evidence-based nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, in line with ethical and professional standards set by regulatory authorities and the company.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver quality patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, working with the multi-professional team according to clinical standards and relevant legislation.
- Ensure patient safety by identifying, preventing and managing risks in line with MCME risk policies, procedures and legislation.
- Create a conducive environment for positive patient experiences, as guided by nursing leadership.
- Contribute to a learning environment that builds employee competence.
Required profile
- Nursing Diploma (essential).
- 2 years of nursing experience, including at least one year of recent OPD experience in a hospital setting.
- Experience assisting in Gastro or Orthopaedic OPD.
