About the role
The Assistant Officer – Refund Management will support Dubai Customs in processing refund claims in accordance with established policies. The role focuses on safeguarding revenue by identifying and mitigating potential risks while providing guidance to team members.
Key responsibilities
- Process refund claim requests accurately and timely.
- Ensure compliance with refund policies and procedures.
- Identify potential revenue leakages and recommend mitigation actions.
