Assistant Operations Manager

About the role

Cresco Real Estate is seeking a motivated Assistant Operations Manager to support daily business activities and drive efficiency across its Dubai operations. You will work closely with multiple departments to ensure smooth processes and high client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Operations Manager in overseeing daily business activities and ensuring smooth operations across departments.
• Identify areas for operational improvements and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Coordinate with sales, HR, and other teams to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
• Support ongoing projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with company goals.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE regulations across all operations.
• Liaise with vendors and service providers to negotiate contracts and maintain strong relationships.
• Prepare reports on operational performance, identifying trends and providing actionable insights to senior management.
• Assist in resolving escalated client issues to maintain a high level of satisfaction.

Required profile

• Minimum 3‑5 years of experience in an operations role, preferably in real estate or property management in the UAE.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with project management tools.
