Assistant Outlet Manager – All Day Dining

About the role

Join Mövenpick Resort Al Marjan Island as an Assistant Outlet Manager for the All Day Dining outlet. You will support daily operations, lead a team, and ensure memorable food and beverage experiences for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Support planning and allocation of resources to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Lead, mentor and develop the Food & Beverage team, fostering a culture of excellence.
• Supervise day‑to‑day outlet activities, ensuring compliance with brand standards, SOPs and quality measures.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to maintain high food quality, presentation and guest satisfaction.
• Monitor service standards, review guest feedback and implement corrective actions.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar hotel or restaurant role.
• Strong service‑focused personality with a passion for hospitality.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to lead by example and motivate a high‑volume dining team.

Required skills

• Comprehensive food and beverage knowledge, including beverage service standards.
• Experience in restaurant operations and service management.
