Assistant Outlet Manager – Club Lounge

About the role

Mandarin Oriental Jumeira is seeking an Assistant Outlet Manager for its Club Lounge. You will support the Outlet Manager in daily operations, uphold luxury service standards, and contribute to a memorable guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Outlet Manager in operational and administrative tasks, including overseeing the outlet in their absence.
• Maintain operational standards, cleanliness, and service quality while managing reservations and seating capacity.
• Monitor financial performance, analyse P&L, and assist with budgeting, staffing, and promotional activities.
• Lead and motivate the team, handle guest relations, VIP service, and resolve complaints.

Required profile

• High school qualification; degree or HND in Hospitality/Hotel/Business Management preferred.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as an assistant restaurant manager in a luxury hotel or high‑end restaurant.
• International experience in at least two regions (Asia, Europe, North America, preferably Middle East).
• Excellent verbal and written English; additional languages such as Russian, Italian, Arabic, French are a plus.

Required skills

• Familiarity with restaurant POS and cashiering procedures.
• Knowledge of fine dining and casual dining service standards.
• Strong organizational and administrative abilities, including scheduling and payroll.
• Competent computer skills, MS Office.
• Understanding of HACCP principles preferred.
