Assistant Outlet Manager, Netsu (Russian Speaker)

About the role

Mandarin Oriental Jumeira in Dubai is seeking an Assistant Outlet Manager for its Netsu restaurant. The role supports the Outlet Manager in daily operations, ensures service excellence, and helps drive guest satisfaction, with a preference for Russian language skills.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Outlet Manager in all operational and administrative aspects of the restaurant.
• Take charge of the outlet and department in the Outlet Manager’s absence.
• Oversee daily operations, shift management, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and service.
• Monitor reservations, seating capacity, and POS accuracy.
• Assist with financial monitoring, P&L analysis, and special promotional activities.
• Maintain communication with the Chef de Cuisine and ensure VIP guest requirements are met.

Required profile

• High school qualification; degree or HND in Hospitality/Hotel/Business Management preferred.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as an assistant restaurant manager in a luxury hotel or high‑end independent restaurant.
• International work experience in at least two regions (Asia, Europe, North America, preferably Middle East).
• Excellent verbal and written English; Russian language skills preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HACCP and competent computer skills (MS Office).
