Assistant Professor of Business Analytics

About the role

The College of Business Administration at Ajman University seeks an Assistant Professor of Business Analytics to join its faculty in Spring 2026/2027. The successful candidate will teach graduate and undergraduate courses, conduct research, and engage with the business community.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deliver and assess graduate and undergraduate courses in Business Analytics, Business Intelligence, Operations Management and related areas.
• Engage in innovative, technology‑based teaching methods and provide academic advising to students.
• Conduct high‑quality research, publish in reputable journals and present at conferences.
• Participate in departmental, college and university committees and service activities.
• Collaborate with industry partners to promote university visibility and provide community‑facing services.

Required profile

• Ph.D. in Business Analytics or a related field from a reputable, preferably AACSB‑accredited institution.
• At least two years of teaching experience at an internationally recognized university.
• Strong record of peer‑reviewed publications in top‑tier analytics, operations or management journals.
• Experience supervising student projects or dissertations and a commitment to professional service.
