Assistant Project Manager – High‑Rise Construction

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Project Manager to join our dynamic team and support the management of our high‑rise construction projects. The successful candidate will work closely with the Project Manager, ensuring smooth execution, high quality standards, and strict adherence to HSE protocols.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in overseeing day‑to‑day operations of high‑rise construction projects.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and implement quality control measures.
• Monitor and manage project timelines, ensuring timely completion of milestones.
• Coordinate with engineering, architecture, and subcontractor teams for effective collaboration.
• Conduct regular site inspections and provide progress reports to management.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, implementing appropriate solutions.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
• Support development and implementation of project plans and strategies.
• Promote HSE practices and conduct regular safety audits.

Required profile

• BE Civil Engineering degree or equivalent.
• 10‑15 years of experience in high‑rise construction projects in the GCC region.
• Proven track record of managing large‑scale projects independently.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Proficiency in project management software and the MS Office suite.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Good understanding of construction methodologies and best practices.
• Valid UAE driving licence preferred (not mandatory).
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and industry trends.
