About the role

We are looking for an Assistant Project Quantity Surveyor to support cost management, budgeting, procurement and contract administration on live construction projects in Dubai. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail‑oriented individual to gain hands‑on experience and develop a career in quantity surveying.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior quantity surveyors with cost estimating and budgeting.
• Support procurement activities and preparation of tender documents.
• Track project variations and maintain cost databases.
• Help prepare and review contract administration documents.
• Provide regular cost reports and updates to the project team.

Required profile

• Basic understanding of construction contracts and procurement processes.
• Construction‑related degree or equivalent qualification.
• Strong numerical and analytical abilities.
• High attention to detail and eagerness to learn.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with a cost‑management tool.
